Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of unetwork.crowncapitalventures.us and CCV's license, lease, bonus, and support services.
Effective date: October 27, 2026
1. Who we are and agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Crown Capital Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("CCV", "we", "us"), Dallas, Texas. They govern your use of unetwork.crowncapitalventures.us and any license, lease, bonus, or support CCV provides (the "Services"). By requesting a license, accepting a lease, submitting a claim, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and a resident of a jurisdiction where CCV offers the Services (currently the United States and Canada, as we decide from time to time). You must pass Unetwork's identity verification and meet its device, location, and carrier rules. We may refuse anyone for any lawful reason.
3. What CCV does and doesn't do
CCV is an independent Unetwork node operator and an official Unetwork ambassador. We may lease eligible Unetwork operator licenses to you and provide onboarding support. CCV doesn't own or operate the Unetwork app or network. We aren't an agent of Unity Network Tech Limited or Unity Network Limited (together, "Unetwork"), and we don't control tasks, rewards, verification, withdrawals, fees, timing, or app behavior.
4. Leases and reward share
Each license is provided through a lease in the Unetwork app. The reward share, term, and conditions recorded in that in-app lease control. For standard CCV leases the current share is 55% to you and 45% to CCV. We may offer different terms for new or renewed leases. Leases are personal to you, one license per device. You may not sublease, sell, transfer, or share a license or lease code.
5. Costs
There's no charge to request a license. CCV may choose to cover certain license activation or subscription costs for eligible operators. We decide what we cover and may change or stop that coverage at any time. You're responsible for your own device, data plan, SIM, carrier, task, and network costs, and for anything you buy in the Unetwork app, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. No guarantee of rewards
Rewards are set by Unetwork, vary, and may be zero. They aren't wages, income, interest, or a return on investment. Any example, figure, testimonial, or past result is illustrative only and isn't a promise of future results. CCV doesn't guarantee approval, task availability, reward amounts, reward value, uptime, or the timing or completion of any withdrawal.
7. Third-party services
Your use of the Unetwork app is governed by Unetwork's own terms and privacy notices, and withdrawals are handled by Unetwork and its payment partners. Wallets, exchanges, PayPal, blockchains, app stores, and carriers are third parties too. CCV isn't responsible for any act, omission, delay, outage, decision, policy change, or insolvency of a third party, including Unetwork blocking or delaying rewards, accounts, or withdrawals.
8. Digital-asset risk; no advice
Digital assets are volatile and can lose all value. Transactions sent to a wrong address or network are usually unrecoverable. Nothing CCV provides is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You're responsible for your own decisions, wallets, keys, and taxes.
9. Independent relationship
You participate as an independent individual. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, agency, or franchise relationship. You aren't entitled to wages or benefits from CCV and you're responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for tax forms where the law requires it.
10. Your conduct
You agree to give accurate information, follow Unetwork's rules, and not do any of the following: use emulators, VPNs, proxies, automation, or multiple accounts; manipulate tasks, screenshots, or claims; impersonate anyone; harass CCV or other operators; or break any law. You're responsible for everything done through your account and license.
11. Suspension, revocation, termination
We may suspend, revoke, decline to renew, or reassign any license, lease, bonus, or access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for suspected fraud, abuse, inactivity, capacity, or a Unetwork decision. If we find fraud or abuse, we may withhold or reclaim any bonus or payment obtained through it. You may stop participating at any time. Sections 6 through 9 and 12 through 18 survive termination.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent the law allows, CCV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CCV and its members, managers, contractors, and agents won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost rewards, profits, data, digital assets, or goodwill. CCV's total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid CCV in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US $100.
14. Indemnity
You'll defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CCV and its members, managers, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or Unetwork's terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver
Please contact us first and give us 30 days to resolve any dispute informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Texas. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and CCV waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing help@crowncapitalventures.us with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out". If this section is unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes only to the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas. For residents of a province whose laws restrict consumer arbitration or class waivers, this section applies only as far as those laws allow.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
17. Changes
We may change these Terms or the Services at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Changes apply going forward. By continuing to use the Services or keeping an active lease after a change, you accept it.
18. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any program rules we publish (including the Early Operator Bonus Rules), and your in-app lease are the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them. Notices to you may be sent by email or posted on the site.
