Who we are

Crown Capital Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("CCV"), Dallas, Texas, is responsible for personal information collected through unetwork.crowncapitalventures.us and our related services. Contact: help@crowncapitalventures.us. This policy doesn't cover the Unetwork app, which has its own privacy notice.

Information we collect

What you give us: contact details (name, email, messaging handle), country and device type, license and request details, bonus claim submissions (account email, screenshots, license ID), payout details (such as a PayPal email or wallet address), and your messages to us.

What we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser data, and usage data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you allow them (see Cookies and advertising below).

What we get from others: license and lease information from Unetwork, and information from our service providers.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

• Provide and support licenses, leases, and bonuses
• Verify eligibility and prevent fraud and abuse
• Communicate with you
• Run analytics and marketing, including advertising, when you consent
• Secure and improve our services
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

We may use service providers, including automated tools, to help with these purposes.

How we share it

We share information with service providers that act for us, in these categories: hosting; database; analytics and advertising (including ad pixels); email and communications; AI processing; payment providers; and security. We also share with Unetwork as needed to administer licenses and leases, with professional advisers, with authorities when the law requires it or to protect our rights, and with a buyer or successor in a business transfer. A current list of providers is available on request. We don't sell personal information for money.

Cookies and advertising

When you accept non-essential cookies, we and our analytics and advertising partners use cookies and pixels to measure traffic and show ads, which may include ads on other sites. Our site may use Google Analytics 4 and the TikTok Pixel for these purposes. You can opt out through our Cookie settings link, your browser settings, or a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where the law requires. If you decline cookies, we do not load those analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention

We keep personal information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Texas, and other US states, and Canada), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email help@crowncapitalventures.us with the subject "Privacy Request". We'll verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires. We may keep information where the law allows, such as for fraud prevention or legal obligations. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee the security of your information.

Where we process data

We're based in the United States and process information there and wherever our providers operate. If you're in Canada, your information may be stored outside Canada and be accessible to foreign authorities under local law.

Children

Our services are only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new effective date.
