How to request deletion

Email help@crowncapitalventures.us with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

To help us locate your record, include:

• Your full name
• The email address you used when submitting a license request or claim
• Your country
• Any optional messenger handle you submitted, if applicable
• Whether you submitted a license request, bonus claim, or both

What we will delete

Once we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize the personal information you submitted through our website (including license requests, bonus claims, screenshots, and payout details), unless we are required to retain some portion of it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping reasons.

What may be retained

Even after a deletion request, we may retain limited data where necessary to:

• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
• Maintain security logs and fraud-prevention records
• Document that a deletion request was received and fulfilled

Any retained information will be kept only to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Response time

We will respond to verified deletion requests within the time required by applicable law. If we need more time or information to verify your request, we will let you know.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask for enough information to verify that the request is being made by the person whose data is being deleted, or by someone authorized to act on that person's behalf.
