Keep your license active and allow eligible task participation in the Unetwork App.
Keep the device ready
Keep the app signed in and the phone connected while you want to participate.
Complete measurements
When eligible work is available, the app collects supported technical network measurements.
Review task status
Check the app for the current status of submitted activity and any additional instructions.
Good to know
Before you participate
- Use a physical phone rather than an emulator or simulated device.
- Avoid placing many devices on one connection, which can make measurements redundant.
- Availability varies by location, device, connection quality, and customer demand.
Task availability and rewards are not guaranteed. Current in-app instructions and program terms take priority because eligibility, demand, and beta rules can change.
